Custom Enterprise Development LLC is a family owned and operated General Contracting business located on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington. We are Bonded, Insured and Licensed by the State of Washington. In 2002 our company started providing a handy man service to those customers trying to do small projects that were a step above DIY projects. During the ensuing years we saw an increasing need for excavation work that would only last a day or two, something that most larger companies turned down. Using rented equipment, we started to fill that need. Then in 2012 we decided to invest in our own equipment and purchased our first dump truck, excavator and equipment trailer. With this equipment and subsequent equipment purchase we started to take on larger projects. During this same time our utility infrastructure work continued to grow. We have installed roadway storm water containment and dispersal systems, Primary power conduits and transformer vaults for our clients. Then on 2015 we took on a 28-lot subdivision in Port Townsend called Rosecrans Terrace. Our building and remodeling services were also on the rise. Starting out with simple repairs to whole house remodels of Historic homes in Port Townsend. We have also designed and built several block wall projects in both Jefferson and Kitsap County. Even though we have continued to grow we still provide that small project ability for our clients, a window here, a sidewalk there. Storm damage repair as well as rental repairs for Landlords.
